2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments via cash, UPI, major credit/debit cards, and online wallets.
  • Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All payments must be made in full at the time of service.

4. Gift Cards and Offers

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Expired offers or coupons will not be honored.

  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service and possible restriction from future bookings.
